As a result, a single well-being program may not be suitable and possible for everyone. At Max-wellbeing fitness you can get a well-developed personal program that would best suit your fitness needs and your goals. If you have an injury, or have lower back pain and desire to run a marathon and to lose weight, the fitness program will be tailored to meet your specific needs and you alone. We promise to show you how to use the programme either in person or via a video with our on-going support when you need it.
